2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may:

• Cancel anytime via your account dashboard
• Switch between plans (changes apply to next billing cycle)
• Request refunds within 14 days of initial purchase (excluding Enterprise plans)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer or exploit vulnerabilities
• Scan websites without authorization
• Overload our infrastructure (e.g., excessive automated scans)

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, software, reports) is owned by AccessScan. You may:

• Use scan reports for internal compliance purposes
• Share reports with clients if you're an agency customer
• Not resell or redistribute our technology

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Non-payment (after 30-day grace period)
• Fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

AccessScan is not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits)
• Inaccuracies in automated scan results
• Third-party integrations (e.g., CMS plugins)

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in Cambridge courts.
